The project consists of the construction of a sports center of the Estación Central Durango Project, considering, but not limited to, the execution of the following works:

- Soccer area and synthetic grass on the field with net structure and foundation
- Bathrooms and locker rooms, baseball areas and soccer areas (foundation, slab, waterproofing, hydrosanitary installations and sanitary furniture, blacksmithing, electrical installation, finishes

- Barda Pelotera (foundation, masonry and blacksmithing)
- Dugouts (foundations, masonry, blacksmithing, finishes, electrical installations)
