DESCRIPTION

ORIGINAL CONCESSION (Nov. 24, 2003). construction, operate, exploit, conserve and maintain the federal jurisdiction highway with 104.9 km of length from the Amozoc III junction, located in 137+455 km of the Mexico-Orizaba highway to the Perote III junction, located at 104+971 km of the Amozoc-Perote highway.
Operate, exploit, conserve and maintain the Perote Bypass, with a length of 17.58 km, from the 94+000 km to the 111+581 km of the Acatzingo-Zacatepec-Perote-Jalapa federal highway. The right-of-way, ancillary services, accessories, works and constructions are included. The term of the concession is 30 years.
FIRST MODIFICATION (Sep. 14, 2005). The condition referring to the statutes of the concessionaire is modified.
SECOND MODIFICATION (May 5, 2016). OHL Concesiones Mexico S.A. de C.V. is included in the concessionaire’s equity. The term of the concession is extended, for a total of 60 years for the highway and 40 years for the bypass.
