The project consists of the execution of the following works:

- 1 substation with a voltage of 115 kV, with 1 feeder, ROSARIO (EXTENSION); and
- 2 transmission lines with a voltage of 115 kV and a total length of 68.5 km-Line and 78.1 km-Circuit, LT VILLA UNION - ROSARIO and LT ROSARIO - ESCUINAPA.

The works include the following concepts: supply of equipment and materials for permanent installation, development of engineering associated with electromechanical and civil design concepts, execution of electromechanical and civil works, pre-operational testing, as well as the preparation, analysis and evaluation of required studies (geotechnical studies, topographic surveys, census of underground installations, and resistivity) and the implementation of training and education programs

The contract will be for turnkey work at a fixed price with a maximum contract price of USD $25,383,435.99, the CFE will not grant an advance payment.
