DESCRIPTION

ORIGINAL CONCESSION (Jan. 30, 2008). Build, operate, exploit, conserve and maintain the 29.2 km long Irapuato Bypass, with 2 traffic lanes, which starts in the southwest of Irapuato City, at the 121+600 km of Irapuato-Leon federal highway, and ends at the 11+340 km of Irapuato-La Piedad federal highway. The term of the concession is 30 years.
FIRST MODIFICATION (Apr. 9, 2010). The condition of additional works is modified, where the form for their planning, budgeting, authorization, execution, among others, is established.
SECOND MODIFICATION (Oct. 15, 2012). The term of the concession is extended to 60 years.
