The project consists of the execution of the following works:

- 2 substations with an operating voltage of 400 kV, with a total capacity of 100 MVAr, and 2 feeders; and
- 1 transmission line with a system operating voltage of 400 kV and a total length of 253.6 km-Line and 253.6 km-Circuit.

The works include the following concepts within their scope: Supply of equipment and materials for permanent installation, Development of the engineering associated with the concepts of electromechanical and civil design, Execution of the electromechanical and civil works, Conduction of pre-operational tests, Preparation, analysis and evaluation of the required studies (geotechnical studies, topographic surveys and resistivity) and the delivery of training and education programs.
