The project consists of the execution of the following works:
- 4 substations with voltage of 115 kV and 400 kV, with a total capacity of 500 MVA transformation, 416.6 MVAr and 10 feeders; and
- 5 transmission lines with voltage of 115 kV and 400 kV and 105.5 km-Circuit, in the State of Quintana Roo.

It includes within its scope the following concepts: supply of equipment and materials for permanent installation, development of engineering associated with the concepts of electromechanical and civil design, execution of electromechanical and civil works, performance of pre-operational tests, as well as the preparation, analysis and evaluation of the required studies (geotechnical studies, topographic surveys and resistivity) and the delivery of training and coaching programs.
