DESCRIPTION
ORIGINAL CONCESSION (03/15/1990). construction, operate, exploit, conserve and maintain the 22 km long San Martin Texmelucan-Tlaxcala toll highway, section of San Martin Texmelucan-Ocotoxco toll highway, located.in the states of Puebla and Tlaxcala. The term of the concession is 7 years 6 months.
FIRST ADDENDUM (10/05/1990). The toll highway is extended 7.5 km long to El Molinito.
SECOND MODIFICATION (03/22/1994). The length of the toll highway section is modified to 25.5 km. The term of the concession is extended to 25 years 6 months.
THIRD MODIFICATION (11/19/2010). The concession is granted to the current concessionaire, formerly Autopistas Concesionadas del Altiplano, S.A. de C.V. The term of the concession is extended for 25 years 6 months more.
