On Feb. 12, 2025, the validity of the Public Works contract ended, as stated in the bidding documents.

The project consists of the execution of the following works:
- 1 new transmission line with a voltage of 115 kV Regiomontano – Ladrillera and a total length of 71.2 km, made up of aerial sections using truncated conical poles and steel towers and
- 3 banks of 115 kV capacitors with a total capacity of 45 MVAr.

These works include within their scope the following concepts: supply of equipment and materials for permanent installation, development of engineering associated with the concepts of electromechanical and civil design, execution of electromechanical and civil works, performance of pre-operational tests, as well as the preparation, analysis and evaluation of the required studies (geotechnical studies, topographic surveys, electrical resistivity, thermal resistivity and census of underground facilities) and the delivery of training and training programs.
