The project consists of the execution of the following infrastructure works:
- Seri electric substation of static synchronous compensator, in the state of Sonora.
- Nuevo Casas Grandes static synchronous compensator electric substation, in the state of Chihuahua.
- Mazatlan II static synchronous compensator electric substation, in the state of Sinaloa.
- Primero de Mayo static synchronous compensator electric substation, in the state of Zacatecas.

The scope of the works includes the following concepts: supply of equipment and materials for permanent installation, development of engineering associated with electromechanical and civil design concepts, execution of electromechanical and civil works, pre-operational testing, preparation, analysis, and evaluation of required studies (geotechnical studies, topographic surveys, census of underground installations, and apparent electrical resistivity of the terrain) and the implementation of training and education programs.
