DESCRIPTION
ORIGINAL CONCESSION (07/18/1990). construction, operate, exploit, conserve and maintain the 103 km long Torreon-Cuencame toll highway section of the Torreon-Cuencame-Durango toll highway in the states of Coahuila and Durango. The term of the concession is 9 years.
FIRST ADDENDUM (05/07/1992). 32 km long Cuencame-Yerbanis toll highway is included. The term of the concession is modified to 14 years 6 months.
SECOND MODIFICATION (11/16/1994). The term of the concession is extended to 30 years.
THIRD MODIFICATION (07/28/2011). Construction, exploitation, operation, conservation and maintenance of the 117 km long Torreon-Cuencame-Yerbanis toll highway, from the 115+200 km of the Torreon-Cuencame-Durango toll highway, to the 232+200 km of the same highway, or to the 9+280 km of the Gomez Palacio-Ciudad Juarez highway. The term of the concession is extended for up to 30 years more.
FOURTH MODIFICATION (20/03/2020). The concession's expiration date of the validity is specified.
FIFTH MODIFICATION (10/11/2020). The concession's expiration date of the validity is restated.
