DESCRIPTION

ORIGINAL CONCESSION (Nov. 28, 1989). Build, operate, exploit, conserve and maintain the 42 km Tijuana-Tecate toll highway, and the Tecate Bypass, the right-of-way is included. The term of the concession is 11 years 9 months.
FIRST MODIFICATION (Nov. 16, 1994). The term of the concession is extended to 30 years.
SECOND MODIFICATION (Aug. 7, 2005). The length of the highwat is modified to 29.8 km, starting at the 118+000 km to the 147+800 km, of the Tijuana-Tecate toll highway. In addition the Tecate bypass is included.
THIRD MODIFICATION (Aug. 31, 2012). The term of the concession is extended, as of Nov. 29, 2019, for up to 30 years more.
