ORIGINAL TITLE (12/23/2011): Build, operate, exploit, preserve, and maintain the A2-type highway with high specifications under state jurisdiction, named Cuapiaxtla - Cuacnopalan, approximately 63.66 km in length, starting at the Cuapiaxtla II junction, located at km 39.340 of the Amozoc - Perote Toll Highway, and ending at km 203.500 of the Puebla - Orizaba Highway, in the states of Puebla and Tlaxcala, for a term of 30 years.

TITLE RESTATEMENT (01/22/2014): The title is restated to update the terms.

FIRST MODIFICATION (09/18/2018): Terms updated. Operate, preserve, and maintain Section I of the A2 Cuapiaxtla - State Border Highway, 3.498 km long; operate, preserve, exploit, and maintain Section II of the A2 State Border - El Seco Junction Highway, 22.701 km long; and build, operate, preserve, exploit, and maintain Section III of the A2 El Seco Junction - Cuacnopalan Highway, 37.461 km long. Concession for 30 years starting from the financial close.
