DESCRIPTION

Build, operate, exploit, conserve and maintain the type A2 highway with high state jurisdiction specifications, denominated Cuapiaxtla - Cuacnopalan, approximately 63.66 km long, with its origin at the Cuapiaxtla II junction, located at km. 39,340 of the Amozoc - Perote Toll Highway and ending at km 203,500 of the Puebla - Orizaba Highway, in the states of Puebla and Tlaxcala, for a term of 30 years, according to the original concession title dated 12/23/ 2011.

Restatement of the title (01/22/2014). The title is restated in order to update terms.

Update of deadlines. Operate, conserve and maintain Section I of the A2 Cuapiaxtla Highway - State Limit, of 3,498 km; operate, conserve, exploit and maintain Section II of the A2 State Limit Highway - El Seco Junction, 22,701 km long; build, operate, conserve, exploit and maintain Section III of the A2 El Seco Junction - Cuacnopalan Highway, 37,461 km, in accordance with the first modification of the concession title dated 09/18/2018.

Second modification (09/10/2020). The financial model is updated.

i) Rehabilitation of the Cuapiaxtla-Entronque Audi-El Seco section, 26.16 km long.

ii) Construction of the 37.5 km "El Seco-Cuacnopalan" section.
