DESCRIPTION

The project consists of the design, construction, operation, maintenance, conservation and exploitation of the East Connection urban toll highway, type A4 of approximately 6.8 km, which is designed as a road improvement for the zone of influence of the Anillo Periferico in the section going from the Ignacio Zaragoza Road to the Peñón-Texcoco Highway, within the territorial limits of the State of Mexico and Mexico City.

The highway has 2 operational sections:
* Section A: from the Peñón-Texcoco Highway to Bordo Xochiaca Avenue, approximately 3.3 km, of which 1.1 km correspond to an elevated viaduct, 1.6 km leveled and the rest to interventions on side streets.
* Section B: from Bordo de Xochiaca Avenue to Ignacio Zaragoza Road, approximately 3.5 km of elevated viaduct, except for 600 m before connecting with Ignacio Zaragoza Road in which interventions are made on the side streets.

The purpose of this highway is to link the North of the Valley of Mexico with the Center and South of Mexico City, while also facilitating mobility between the Felipe Angeles International Airport (AIFA) and the Mexico City International Airport (AICM).

(*) Project with Banobras and/or National Infrastructure Fund (Fonadin) involvement or support.
