DESCRIPTION

ORIGINAL CONCESSION (11/09/1990). construction, operate, exploit, conserve and maintain the 37 km long Armería-Manzanillo toll highway which is part of the Colima-Manzanillo highway; right-of-way is included. The term of the concession is 9 years 3 months.
FIRST MODIFICATION (12/17/1992). Is included the construction and preservation of Salinero II Bridge. The term of the concession is extended to 14 years.
SECOND MODIFICATION (31/05/1994). The Manzanillo bypass of 19 km is included, which is excluded in the Third Addendum. The validity of the concession is modified to 24 years 7 months.
THIRD MODIFICATION (03/02/2006). The Manzanillo bypass is excluded from the concession in order to be toll free. The term of the concession is extended to 30-years.
FOURTH MODIFICATION (11/19/2010). The term of the concession is extended to allow the recovery of the investment made.
FIFTH MODIFICATION (25/02/2011). The term of the concession is extended to 30 years plus an extension from its maturity up to 30 years more.
SIXTH MODIFICATION (05/28/2021). The term of the concession is modified to 60 years. Constructive load to construct: Expansion works from 4 to 6 lanes of the highway, Jalipa-Colima elevated disincorporation, Colima-Puerto disincorporation, Expansion from 2 to 4 lanes of the Manzanillo Bypass with returns in Herradura (Stages 1 and 2), Expansion of 2 Highway El Rocío-Highway section. The considerations of the concessionaire are modified.
