DESCRIPTION

ORIGINAL CONCESSION (Jul. 31, 1989). construction, operate, exploit, conserve and maintain the Constituyentes-Reforma-La Venta toll highway, of the Mexico-Toluca highway. The term of the concession is 2 years.
FIRST ADDENDUM (Dec. 19, 1991). The term of the concession is extended to 11 years.
SECOND ADDENDUM (Apr. 29, 1992). The concessionaire is authorized to adjust the toll rates, under pre-established conditions.
THIRD MODIFICATION (Dec. 15, 1993). The construction, operation, exploitation and maintenance of Reforma-La Venta-Colegio Militar highway is included to the concession. The term of the concession is extended to 11 years from Dec. 19, 1991 for the initial highway and 25 years from Dec. 15, 1993 of the highway included in this addendum.
FOURTH MODIFICATION (May 16, 2002). La Venta-Colegio Militar highway is removed from the concession. The term of the concession is changed to 23 years 5 months and 19 days.
FIFTH MODIFICATION (Mar. 22, 2006). The term of the concession is extended to 20 years 5 months and 17 days, with extension of 20 years 5 months and 17 days (until Apr. 07, 2030).
SIXTH MODIFICATION (Jan. 5, 2012). It is established that the concessionaire must build the improvement or interconnection works on federal highways and take charge of their maintenance, as long as the works are profitable and financially feasible.
SEVENTH MODIFICATION (May 31, 2012). Includes the construction of improvement or interconnection works on the highway.
EIGHTH MODIFICATION (Aug. 31, 2012). In case the term of the concession is insufficient to pay the financial commitments of the project, it is possible to extend the term of the concession until Jan 17, 2040.
NINTH MODIFICATION (July 23, 2013). It is included to the concession the construction, operation, conservation and maintenance of the La Marquesa-Lerma de Villada toll highway. Right-of-way is included. The term of the concession is extended until July 31, 2049.
