ORIGINAL CONCESSION (Jan. 25, 1991). Build, operate, exploit, conserve and maintain the 22.2 km long Ecatepec-Piramides toll highway in the State of Mexico. The term of the concession is 3 years 11 months.
FIRST ADDENDUM (Dec. 17, 1992). The term of the concession is extended to 19 years starting from 12/17/1992.
SECOND MODIFICATION (July 07, 2006). The term of the concession is extended to 30 years. The concessionaire transferred its rights and obligations derived from the concession in favor of Concesión "Ecatepec Pirámides".
THIRD MODIFICATION (Mar. 31, 2009). The construction, operation, exploitation, conservation and maintenance of a road section of up to 22.2 km in length of the Ecatepec-Peñón highway is added.
FOURTH MODIFICATION (Nov. 19, 2010). The possibility of increasing the validity of the concession is established in order to recover the investments made by the concessionaire.
FIFTH MODIFICATION (Feb. 25, 2011). The term of the concession is 30 years, which may be extended up to 30 more years.
SIXTH MODIFICATION (June 20, 2016). The concession is renewed: I) build, operate, exploit, conserve and maintain one direction of the 22.2 km long Ecatepec-Piramides toll highway; ii) exploit, operate and conserve, the other direction of the 22.2 km long Ecatepec-Piramides toll highway; iii) build, operate, exploit, conserve and maintain the 17 km long Ecatepec-Peñon toll highway, an extension of the Ecatepec-Pirámides toll highway, connecting with the Peñon-Texcoco toll highway.; iv) build, operate, exploit, conserve and maintain the 5.2 km long road, from Peñon-Texcoco, at Periferico, along 602 Avenue until its intersection with Oceania Avenue and possible connections with the Mexico City New International Airport.
