DESCRIPTION
The project consists of the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the 25.8 km long Pachuca bypass, with 4 lanes of 3.5 m each, external shoulders of 2.5 m and internal of 1 m each, in a section of 21 m wide. The project includes four junctions and is located in the state of Hidalgo.
