DESCRIPTION

ORIGINAL CONCESSION (Nov. 17, 2006). Build, operate, exploit, conserve and maintain the the 49.8 km long Saltillo-Monterrey toll highway, from 46+210 km, Ojo Caliente I junction, in Coahuila, to 96+054 Km, Ignacio Morones Prieto road junction in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon; as well as the 45.1 km long Saltillo northwest bypass, which is subdivided in three 2-traffic lanes sections, starting in 0+940 km of the Saltillo-Zacatecas federal highway, and ending in 46+210 km, Ojo Caliente I, Coahuila junction.
FIRST MODIFICATION (Aug. 28, 2007). The condition regarding the concessionaire statutes is modified.
SECOND MODIFICATION (Dec. 15, 2009). The condition regarding additional works, improvements and extensions is modified.
THIRD MODIFICATION (May 10, 2010). A condition related to the request for credits is modified.
FOURTH MODIFICATION (Dec. 20, 2010). The term of the concession is extended by 15 years.
FIFTH MODIFICATION (Nov. 26, 2012). It is established that, although all the convertible subordinated credit has been amortized in advance and the stock market credits have been paid, the extension of 15 years is maintained.
SIXTH MODIFICATION (Nov. 4, 2019). The construction, maintenance and upkeep of a 6,728-km-long elevated urban viaduct starting at km 96+054 and ending at km 102+576867 plus 1,726 km of junctions, over the bed of the A4-type Santa Catarina river, is added, "Viaducto Santa Catarina".
