DESCRIPTION

The project consists of the construction, maintenance and exploitation of the Río de los Remedios - Venta de Carpio - Gran Canal "Siervo de la Nación" Urban Highway, a 14 km eleveted viaduct of that connects in Ecatepec the Naucalpan-Ecatepec highway, the “Circuito Exterior Mexiquense” and the Mexico Tepexpan highway.
It includes five junctions: Rio de los Remedios, Alfredo del Mazo, Circunvalación Sur, Circuito Exterior Mexiquense and Jardines de Morelos.
FIRST AMENDING AGREEMENT (Dec. 15, 2014). The term of the contract is extended to 46 years from the day the concession title is signed.
THIRD AMENDMENT AGREEMENT (Sep. 15, 2021). Extension of the road to the Mexico - Pachuca Highway. Section II: Subsection from the Venta del Carpio Junction to the Mexico - Pachuca Toll Highway Junction, covering from km 13+772 to km 18+272 (4.5 km), and the contract term is extended to 60 years from the date of signing.
