DESCRIPTION

ORIGINAL CONCESSION (Oct. 5, 2007). Concession to expand, modernize, operate, conserve and maintain the 31.7 km long Nueva Italia-Apatzingan toll-free highway, section of federal jurisdiction in Michoacan, including rehabilitation and expansion works. The concessionary has the exclusive right to subscribe the provision of services agreement with the Federal Government. The concession includes the right-of-way, auxiliary services, accessories, works and constructions.
FIRST MODIFICATION (Aug. 23, 2022). The term of the concession is extended to 22 years.
