DESCRIPTION

ORIGINAL CONCESSION (Sep.12, 2005). Expand, modernize, operate, conserve and maintain the 74.32 km long Irapuato-La Piedad toll-free highway from the Queretaro-Irapuato highway to the 77+320 km at the La Piedad de Cabadas bypass, which includes construction, operation, exploitation, conservation, maintenance, expansion and rehabilitation.
The concessionary has the exclusive right to subscribe the provision of services agreement with the Federal Government. The concession includes the right-of-way, auxiliary services, accessories, works and constructions.
FIRST MODIFICATION (Apr.13, 2009). The length of the Irapuato-La Piedad toll free highway is reduced to 73.52 km.
