La Secretaria de Energía (SENER) solicitó a la Comisión Nacional de Hidrocarburos (CNH) emitir la primera convocatoria de la Ronda 3, en la que se licitarán 35 áreas contractuales de exploración y extracción de hidrocarburos en aguas someras, bajo un modelo de contratación de producción compartida. The Secretary of Energy (SENER) requested the National Hydrocarbons Commission (CNH) to issue the first call for Round 3, which will tender 35 contractual areas for the exploration and extraction of hydrocarbons in shallow waters, under a shared production contract.
