Mexico Projects Hub is an informative platform that concentrates the offer of the main infrastructure and energy projects in the country that require the participation of the private sector, within which National Bank of Public Works and Services (BANOBRAS) may or may not have participation.
BANOBRAS located in Av. Javier Barros Sierra 515, Col. Lomas de Santa Fe, Álvaro Obregón, C.P. 01219, Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of the personal data you provide us, which will be protected in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law for Protection of Personal Data in possession of Regulated Entities (Ley General de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de Sujetos Obligados, hereinafter, the “General Law”), and other applicable regulations.
What personal data do we request and for what purposes?
BANOBRAS through the website www.proyectosmexico.gob.mx, will collect the following personal data, in accordance with the following purposes:

Personal data system
The personal data collected will be incorporated and processed in the personal data system “Proyectos México” used by the BANOBRAS Deputy General Directe for Planning and will be used in order to link it with the main infrastructure and energy projects in Mexico, within of which BANOBRAS may or may not have participation.
Transfers of personal data
Personal data may be transmitted in accordance with the provisions of articles to the Ministry of Foreign Relations, based on the articles 1, 2, section I, 28, section I, and other applicable of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration and articles 1, 2, section II, and other applicable of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Foreign Relations; in order to link the national or foreign investor with the main infrastructure and energy projects in Mexico, in which BANOBRAS may or may not have participation. The foregoing is made known to you based on article 26 of the General Law and article 36 of the General Guidelines for the Protection of Personal Data for the Public Sector.
Personal data may be legally transferred to the supervisory authorities derived from audits carried out by the person in charge, in terms of the applicable regulations, and may also be transferred to various internal and external auditing entities, which based on the applicable regulations and in the scope of their competition must have documents containing personal data in view.
