Real del Monte-Huasca Section: 5.5 Billion MXN Investment
With an investment of 5.5 billion MXN, the Real del Monte-Huasca section of the Pachuca-Huejutla highway has been inaugurated.
The 10-kilometer section includes 18 structures, two interchanges totaling 7.8 km—one in Real del Monte-Huasca (3.4 km) and another in Huasca (4.4 km). It features four lanes (two in each direction), three tunnels spanning 1.46 km (Real del Monte, Omitlán, and Vicente Guerrero), and six viaducts, nearly one kilometer in total length, with heights exceeding 30 meters and some extending up to 225 meters. Additionally, the project includes five vehicle overpasses and a vault over the Amajac River channel.
